Roller Ball
Roller Ball
What is the clear liquid layer above the ink roller pens? (Pilot Pens Esp)?
It is a clear layer of light-ish yellow goo right 1 cm thick layer above the ink in the pen. I got into it, and it seems heavy-ish. What is that?
I think it's kind of gel that put the seal so that the ink will not come out.

Rolling â € "So Little Time so Many Types
A roller bearing is simply a normal relationship, but the item inside the bearing is a roller instead of a ball. There are many different variations of roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearing, Spherical Thrust roller bearing cylindrical roller, Self – Aligning roller bearing, roller, tapered roller bearings, clutch bearings and needle roller bearings. As you can see, there is variation in the change, so many so little time discussing, but it gets a few and look in more detail:
Bearing cylindrical roller bearings – Cylindrical roller bearings have high thrust loads radial load capacity and moderate. The roller bearings of these types of are cylindrical in shape, but the cylinders are not true. Instead of cylinders that are accurate will be crowned to reduce stress concentrations. They are usually made alloy steels and low carbon steels. Because they create less friction than other bearings that are commonly used in high speed applications, such as equipment mining, oil production, power generation, energy, processing, transmission of cement, aggregate crushing and recycling metal.
Clutch bearings â € "the only way clutch bearing can travel in one direction as the name suggests. They are most commonly used in food machinery, electric motors, agricultural machinery, printing machinery. The most common application a bearing in the clutch is a clutch is in, like a car. If you've ever driven a car manual in the main operation of the car and the engine is the clutch where we need to put pressure on the clutch to move the team and then release the pressure.
Tapered Roller Bearings â € "What tapered roller bearings that? They consist of an inner ring called the cone, an outer ring called the glass, a cage called a cage, and the rollers that are spaced evenly. These types of bearings can carry heavy axial and radial load at a low and medium speed. What are they made of? They are usually of steel and low carbon steels, some applications require that the case is much more difficult and as high carbon steel is used to oppose alloy steel. Bearings Tapered Roller have existed since the 19th century was in 1898 that a man named Timken patented the idea of this type of bearing and bearing company became a great success since then.
